Methods: Retrospective study Incidence of Granulomatous Mastitis at Saveetha Medical College and Hospital for the past two years. The specimens were received from the histopathology section of the pathology department. Detailed gross examination of the specimen was done. This was followed by fixation and staining, done using hematoxylin and eosin stains. Results: In the period of two years from 2019 to 2020, 10 cases have been reported . Out of which five cases belonged to the reproductive age group, two cases in the post menopausal age group and three cases belonged to peri menopausal age group. All the patients presented with a lump on the breast and abscess. The treatment consists of corticosteroid therapy and minimal surgical intervention.
